If you need to re-install frequently, it makes it very easy. The real power
of kickstart, though, is in the post-install scripts. If you have modified
certain config files, you can take care of that during the install, you can
install any non-distribution rpm's and all kind of things. The entire
install proceedure is rather thinly documented, as is kickstart. perhaps
this will lead to some better docs as people begin to use it more.
