If you are using KDE you can try kISDN. You can get it from
http://www.millenniumx.de
They have a ready to run RPM for Mandrake 6.0 there.

If you prefer using scripts you may have a look at
http://sites.inka.de/picard/rh52_isdn.html
You can use these scripts as a starting point for your own scripts.

If there is common interest I could try to build a .rpm
of my ISDN-scripts.
