I haven't seen any takers on trying to solve this. Don't want to gen
extra traffic, but I would love to figure this out.

Ever since upgrading from RH 5.1 to Mandrake 6.0, I have had print
problems with my HP Laserjet 4+. When I attempt to print from Star
Office 5.x, or Netscape 4.61, or WordPerfect 8, the printer displays a
message asking me to load A4 paper. I am in the US and we use "letter"
size paper, which is what I selected in printtool when I setup the
printer. I have attempted a "clean load" of the OS - reformatted
everything
and tried again, but I have the same problem.
Also, it is necessary for me to manually form feed the printer to eject
the last page of print jobs, even though I've enabled the EOF feed in
printtool. It is interesting to note that I have this printer defined in
my smb.conf file and none of my Windows machines have a problem printing
- those jobs autofeed fine. I'm including the printcap file below. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!
