Notice how they're every 20 minutes exactly?  You've probably got '-m20'
in /etc/rc.d/init.d/syslog.  Change that to '-m0' and they won't be in
your log files.

You setup for GMT, thus the time difference between the "real" time and
the hardware clock time.
