Start printtool, select your printer, click on "edit",
in the new window click on select, in the window
"Filter Settings" choose "letter" as papersize
and in the last line called "Extra GS Options" you type:
-dFIXEDMEDIA
Now Ghostscript will overwrite any papersize information
in postscript documents with the papersize you have selected.
