I have a wierd problem. I've got a SoundBlaster Pro (ISA) in this
machine. Using sndconfig on my other machine (also MDK6) with it's SB16
(ISA PNP) works great. With this one, it sounds like it works at first
because I here the midi clip and the wav just fine, but when I hop into
GNOME to play some mp3's with x11amp or even commandline with mpg123, I
get all kinds of very fuzzy noise and it sounds like crap. Even affected
me creating some mp3's from CD using grip.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Is it a sndconfig problem?
Maybe I should use lothar for it? I have all the right IRQ/DMA/etc.
settings since it's a non-PNP card, but it doesn't work beyond sndconfig
itself playing those two short clips.

Thanx.
