Maybe "most" is exaggerated, but Mandrake 6.0 fixed a number of RH 6.0
bugs. Consult the RPM changelogs for details.

avoided completely...

Self-evident - compare the RPM directories on ftp.

Run benchmarks and you'll see. Preferrably run them on Cooker because gcc
2.95.1 optimizes even better than pgcc 1.1.3.
