well, i can update my kernel, it boots great, but when i update the
pcmcia package (tar.gz archive not rpm) in the next reboot it doesn�t
recognize the cards and can not load the modules for my modem and
ethernet cards ... so anyone kown how can i fix this problem?
the cards are easily recognizible by the older pcmcia package...
ok, the problem with apm is when i'm using my laptop only with the
battery apm notifies me every 2 seconds, with a beep, that the battery
has low power even if it is half charged so i don�t know how to change
the parameters of apm ...
