I was wondering if anyone has patched the 2.2.13 kernel in 6.1 to be able to
use the HPT 366 controller on this motherboard? I've gone to
http://opensource.captech.com/LinuxIDE/ to see what was available. I had the
2.2.10 kernel working fine in 6.0 but don't want to use the older kernel unless
I have too. Is there a way to modify the 2.2.10-patch so I can apply it to the
new sources? I've had no success with the 2.3.12 kernel in getting it to
compile on 6.0, but maybe I'll try it again. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated! (I do need to use the HPT 366 controller since I have 6 ide
devices in my system, so suggesting to move eveything to the primary
controllers won't work ;)
