[expert] Frontpage 2000 for Linux

Thanks for all the info, I think its installed right now. At least its not
eating the processor any more. 
Im still having problems. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the error.

Starting Install, port 80, web: "root web"

Server Error: Cannot open file "/usr/local/frontpage/www.xxxxxx.com:80.cnf lck"
for writing.

System Error 536870925: Permission Denied

Any Ideas?
