As far as I can tell, the rpm upgrade command tries to uninstall
kernel-headers-2.2.9-19 (before installing the -27 headers), but finds
that you have kernel-source-2.2.9-19 installed, which depends on it.
I'd say it should work if you also get the kernel-source-2.2.9-27
package, and give them both at the same time to rpm -Uhv; it may also
be sufficient to first uninstall the kernel-souce package (rpm -e
kernel-source-2.2.9-19mdk), and then try to upgrade kernel-headers.
