Dear Ramon:

I am still a newbie but that was just a slip of the pen, partly due to
fatigue. I have rpm -e filename (without rpm) and -ivh and -Uvh
filename.rpm a thousand times and am an old hand at this :) Just human
error. Of course, a plane can crash just as easily due to human error as
to mechanical failure. Net result is the same. Sorry for the
embarrasment. The other day I sent a message to the list concenring my
printer. Remember. I wrote lprm instead of lprm 7. Again, human error
since I have done lprm 7 a hundred times before. Still, it's a bad habit
not checking your message thoroughly. I was too impulsive pressing
ENTER.

Thanks again.

Will try the Pine setup in a few minutes. If I am successful I will send
you a message from with the bowels of the sea, from the dark depths of
Pine (well, it's not so dark in XWindows).
