[expert] 6.1 PCMCIA fixed: Install PCMCIA 3.1.1

Don't have a clue what's wrong with the PCMCIA implementation on 6.1
(pcmcia-cs-3.1.0) nor do I care to know.

I fixed it by stripping out everything from 3.1.0 and downloading and
installing pcmcia-cs-3.1.1
