Be very careful doing this if your switch is set to auto-negotiate.
If your card is locked into full and the switch auto-negotiates, you
will probably find that the switch port will be set to half-duplex
instead of full. The general rule for a network port is: if the
remote end does not negotiate, set duplex to half.
