Original post at the bottom. Problem solved, here are the steps taken:
# mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
# cd !$/Mandrake/RPMS
# rpm -i XFree86-SVGA-3.5.5-3mdk.i586.rpm
# Xconfigurator --card "Matrox Millennium G200 SD 8MB" --expert
>From there, answer questions to suite your needs.
Test your Xserver
# rpm -e XFree86-VGA_S3 (Because you don't need it anymore.)
That's it.
