Netscape will tend to freeze when it is trying to resolve a hostname. I
see it immediately upon starting Netscape. Once the drowser is up I
typically start Messenger by selecting Communicator - Messenger. I get
as far as clicking Communicator, then nothing for about 10 seconds while
the query kicks off my dod ISDN device, the connection is made, and the
nameserver responds. After that I'm usually good as far as
