That... I figured out myself  .....   ;-)

No - basically because of c++ not installed properly.
So my question was: what needs to be installed, which you answered (below)-

I did not know about pgcc-c++
(the rest was installed: libstdc++, glibc-devel, libstdc++-devel )
I'll let you know if that was the problem.
