There is a Qmail website at http://www.qmail.org as well as a mailing
list and archives.

Copy the password file from the old system, reinstall on the new system,
create a parsing script to grab uid/gid from the password file and
create the users with those ids.

Comment them out in /etc/inetd.conf, turn them off with ntsysv.

man exports, and read everything in the appropriate /usr/doc
directories.
