Listing an URL in the documentation is usually sufficient, as is listing the
URL of the guy you originally got the source from. URL's aren't necessary, but
something similar is (coupon for postage-paid floppy).
If you haven't made any modifications, then simply pass on the complete
documentation has you recieved it.
