Yep. It sounds like they may have configured their site to be hostile
to Linux. ;-) Just kidding...I'm afraid I don't have the answer. What
color depth and resolution are you running? That might be the reason
you're not getting the background picture. Also, what is your color
setting in Netscape? There's an option under edit -> preferences ->
appearances -> colors to "Always use my colors, overriding document"
Do you have that selected?
I am really leaning towards the color depth as the problem. What
video card do you have and which X server are you using (and which
version of X)???
