I'm trying to get remote execution (rexe) to work, but I have run in troubles. First,
I will mention that I have started the service in /etc/inetd.conf, and uncommented the
the line concerning exec. Then I commented the line "auth required
/lib/security/pam_nologin.so" in /etc/pam.d/rexec. I did restart inetd. but when I try
to rexec the server with my username and password, it doesn't execute the command. The
/var/log/messages file confirms the call from the client, but nothing more happens.
Anybody who knows what's wrong?
