John....that's not what I said, but you are correct. There is no file called rescue.img on my Mdk 6.0 CD or either of my Mdk 6.1 CD's. However on the Mdk 6.0 CD there is a sub called /images/rescue and in it are the three "Tom's root boot" files (they are not named rescue.img).
