Note to be rude, but that paper is quite old, so there is a really good
chance that in all of the years it has been out that everyone has read
it.  If you are truly interested in Security grab the O'reilly  book
"Internet and Network Security" or something like that.  

PS Don't get me wrong Dan and Weitse's paper was the holy grail of its time
, and is still a great piece of computer security history.

Also for current security  info subscribe to BUGTRAQ, but realize that 
the whole world knows about the exploits when they hit BUGTRAQ,  so don't
think your sys is secure if it hasn't shown up on BUGTRAW yet :)
