What some folks seem to miss is the DOSUTILS directory on the installation
CD.  Start up in DOS with your CDROM drivers installed and mscdex set up
so you can access the CD.  cd to the DOSUTILS directory, execute
AUTOBOOT.BAT and you're be on your way to installing.
