[expert] Kernel fixes

Hi all -
        I'm trying to find the resource that lists "what got fixed" by a
kernel patch or minor rev.  In other words, what got fixed in 2.2.13-20 that
was broken in 2.2.13-19 (I use those numbers merely for illustration).  I've
looked around kernel.org mirrors, but don't really see a lot of docs - am I
missing something?  I've got a system that hangs on a new kernel (2.2.12-20)
that works fine on a (much) older kernel.
