[expert] 64 MB limit?

Hello,

I have installed a number of Mandrake 6.0 systems with no problems.  Two of
these boxes had memory at or in excess of 256 MB.

Yesterday, using the same install media and procedures, I installed a system
with 256 MB of RAM, but Mandrake only sees 64 MB.

The C-MOS can see the whole 256 MB.

Has anyone seen this before?  The system has an AMI BIOS, and I have tried
several C-MOS settings, so I am fairly sure that nothing is wrong there.
