Did you edit your /etc/lilo.conf and re-run /sbin/lilo? If
not, it sounds like your system is hosed and you need a
rescue disk.
If you have access to another Linux box, get the RedHat 6.x
boot & rescue disk images and use the "dd" command to
create the boot & rescue floppies, then boot from the boot
floppy (same as an "install" floppy) and type "rescue" at
the prompt, then insert the "rescue' floppy when it prompts
you to insert the next disk.
If you have no access to another Linux box, use the Windows
client. Then, go edit your /etc/lilo.conf and re-run
/sbin/lilo!
