Works quite well?? Downloaded & installed it and all I can say is this
appears to be 'alpha', not 'beta' software.....segfaults galore,
webpages splitting up into 'black' areas and viewable 'chunks', quite a
bit of functionality missing from the menu options, and it just plain
blows up when clicking on some of the buttons in the dialog boxes for
those menu options that ARE 'working'. A lot of work still needs to be
done to this package, and I'm a little surprised they released this as
'beta'.....most OSS 'betas' are much further along than this proprietary
program in terms of functionality and stability, and I can't even
remember a Mosaic 'beta' ever crumbling this badly. If I'm getting a
proprietary browser, then Opera will need to really fix what they've
done so far before I'll even consider buying it over Netscape 5.0 (if it
ever comes out!!!).
