[expert] Trouble using 100 base hub.

I don't seem to be able to get my Mandrake 6.1 Distro to work with my 100
base hub.  It works fine with my 10 base.

Is there a way to make my internal LAN run at 100 (eth1) and my cable modem
run at 10? (eth0)
