[expert] netscape 128 bit encryption

Hi,

    Can anyone tell me again where I can get that program that
automatically updated netscape to 128 bit
encryption? Someone posted about it a while ago and I need it now but
can't remember where to find it.

Also I'll try get it into the netscape FAQ soon so we can always find it
