Simple
rpm -Uvh XFree-3.3.6.rpm xinitrc-2.2.4-10mdk.rpm
assuming those are the correct filenames...
if you wanted to do them separatey --nodeps is what you were looking for,
not --force. But like I said the simplest way as I have shown above.
