[expert] 128 mb mem

I heard that mandrake needs line: append="mem=128M"
in to /etc/lilo.conf if computer haves more than 64mb.
I have 128mb mem and i dont have that line in my conf
but still "top" shows that i have 128mb of mem + swap ?
