Sure, it is _possible_ to do it with lilo. However, _as told in lilo
documentation_,
there are precautions to observe (which means that it might not work
out of the box,
especially if NT was there first).
Also, lilo documentation tells about some incompatibilities with the
NT disk manager.

So, the bottom line is: caution.
