I had this problem when I upgraded from 6.0 to 6.1. It seems to be a
sendmail/postfix problem, as they both do the same job, you should
have only one of them installed.
1 - Backup your mail spool
2 - remove postfix
3 - remove sendmail
4 - reinstall postfix
5 - restore your mail spool
