Hello All,
I am new to this list, running Linux for a couple of years now, and recently
installed LM7
Install went through okay (albeit a bit long), but I experienced problems
with connecting to the internet via kppp. This is the fault report I got:
The remote system is required to authenticate itself but I couldn't find any
secret (password) which would let it use an IP address.
I then uninstalled v7, installed Mandrake 6.1, made sure the internet was
working, upgraded to v7 and experienced the same problems.
Anyone familiar with the problem (and more importantly a solution)???
Help much appreciated.
