The G2 Alpha has worked fine for me since initial release. The 5.0
version did too.
Adding the appropriate items in
'edit-preferences-netscape-applications',
brngs it up and it runs fine in Netscape of any incarnation the last
couple years.
I test on our mentastacenter web site underconstuction and it always
works

Run as stand alone it works fine too.

The volume control works too!

Of course sound permissions are another matter but
that seems to be my "achilles heel" anyway and when 
set up right I have been satisfied with this "free" product.
