I used rawrite from the CD, using the diskette image on the CD. It was an old OS/2 floppy <grin> but worked fine on my Windoze box. I formatted it and made the bootable disk on a Windoze box... I found the "second stage <something>", where a red progress bar was drawn across the screen took an awfully long time. Zipped right through that section no problem when booting off the CD.
