What result do you get for:

apropos time

If no result, your installation has not been completed properly (by
you) and you should su and run updatedb and makewhatis.  Then read
'man apropos' and 'man locate'.

These will activate the apropos, whatis & locate commands, any of
which you could have used to answer your own question.
