You will need to look on the XFree86.org site. Its probably in one of
the lib tarballs on the XFree86 version 4 ftp download page. If you
found the XFree86 somewhere in rpm form, there were probably some
library rpms close by. Take a look at them. (rpm -qpl rpmname will list
all the files in the rpm; tar ztvf tarballname should give you a list of
the files in the tarball).
