Use Samba.  It's pretty easy to setup using SWAT- if it's working right in
7.0.  If not, you'll no doubt get lots of help with setting up smb.conf
(the Samba config file).  

Samba exports directories using the SMB protocol, which is what Windows
uses for "Network Shares."  This way, you can even mount the directories
in Windows!  It doesn't get much easier than that.
