First question:
Is bios seeing all 128MB? If so, then add this to your
/etc/lilo.conf:
appen='mem=128M'
Then run /sbin/lilo to write the changes.  Next reboot
*should* give you all 128MB. If it doesn't, or your BIOS
isn't seeing all 128MB, you've got bigger problems.
