Please lose the html. As for Pine... I don't know of any
way to do that. All my experiences have been with systems
where the mail server was a different machine than the
machine where Pine was located. That meant that I had to
log in each time.... however, I only had/have to do it each
time I start Pine. Once I'm logged into the mail server via
Pine, everything works fine and I don't have to enter a
password again until I shut down Pine and restart it.
