Again, just wanted to say thanks. What I actually wound up doing was
just taking
the source from a redhat machine and uploading it and compiling it (had
ssh access)

I was kind of concerned since we don't usually run Mandrake and another
admin had
made the choice and configured the system, but he has since moved on!
