Well I think that the problem is that you have reordered the ID devices, so your
link files are wrong because they point to the wrong devices.
If you do a:

cat /proc/scsi/scsi

you will have the devices that are ok.

But the question is change in the dev directory the link files that you have.

This things maybe can help you. Howeber, I'm not sure that it can help you because
maybe the problem is another. Also, I don't understand why do you have to put the
insmod instruction in the rc.local, because when you needed it, the kernel will do
it.
