Hi folks. I use LM 6.1. This problem shows whether machine B is a Linux box or a Windows box. On machine A I mount the cdrom. (fstab set to auto as file system type) On machine B I mount the shared cdrom (fstab set to nfs as file system type) or from Windows I use the CDROM in some way. I copy some files across the network from the shared cdrom on machine A to machine B. No problem. I unmount the cdrom on machine B, or, I disconnect network drive. I go back to machine A to unmount it there and get "device busy". Hmmmmmmm?????? Perhaps I'm sharing the cdrom incorrectly? All ideas welcome. Yes, Ive read the manual. Bye for now.
