[expert] init probs

Hi 

I have a litle irritating prob that i hope some1 can help me with :)
ok..When i boot up my Mdk 7.0-2 i get a message like
 

     "INIT /etc/inittab [58] missing action field"

it happened when i change from boot up 5 to 3
i dont know if i did something wrong ....but i dont think so.

i know i can fix it by reinstall initab, but i dont know witch rpm 
i got to use.
