It's a graphics viewer that I use infrequently. It looks like a binary file
that starts with "Photodex File Mirror 1.00_"

There is only:
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/pts devpts mode=0620 0 0
and
rgrep -i -l -r telinit /dev/pts
didn't turn up anything.
