All those registers suggest a winmodem.� There is a chance that Toshiba
will have linux drivers for it anyway, if the modem was supplied by
PCTel, especially; however, a visit to Toshiba's web site suggests that
they have VERY LITTLE information available on any of their machines and
that they keep much of it proprietary.
