There is a group working on a cross-platform certification at this time.  I can't remember the name, and I don't know when it's going to be available, but I know it's in the works.  When I say 'cross-platform', I mean that it will include things from different distributions.  As far as I know, the only other certification for Linux at this time, would be Red Hat (Red Hat Certified Engineer) - and since Mandrake IS based on the Red Hat distribution, it wouldn't be bad to take the Red Hat courses.
