And you've opened the gates to crackers, if you have staticIP. It's a
long story to tell but read the TrinityOS docs
(http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch/LINUX/TrinityOS.wri) and
you'll be well informed how to setup a simple firewall and masq
machine (See
section 10). A must have reading even if you are
not interested in security.
